The Goan House SiShore was started from a shared passion for travel, people, and meaningful experiences. After serving the nation as a Colonel in the Indian Army, Anil Jotwani spent decades living and working across diverse regions of India, experiencing different cultures, communities, and ways of life. Aanchal Jotwani, a dedicated mathematics educator, has taught students in both India and the United States, gaining a deep appreciation for people from different backgrounds and walks of life.

Together, we have travelled extensively, staying in hotels, guesthouses, serviced apartments, and homestays across India and abroad. These journeys taught us that while destinations may differ, every traveler seeks the same essentials—a clean and comfortable space, a sense of safety, genuine hospitality, and the feeling of being at home.

Inspired by these experiences, we created The Goan House SiShore, a homestay near Colva beach, as a welcoming retreat where guests can slow down, relax, and experience Goa at their own pace.
