Fresh vegetarian home-cooked meals may be available on request, subject to staff availability.

Please place your meal request at least 6 hours in advance.

Kitchen Facilities

A microwave and water RO is available for warming food and drinking water.

For safety and hygiene reasons:

Guest cooking is not permitted.
Infant food may be prepared by our staff on request (subject to availability and a small additional charge).

Outside Food

Guests are welcome to order food through Swiggy or Zomato.

To help us keep the rooms fresh and clean:

Kindly collect deliveries from the main gate.
Please enjoy outside food in the Dining Hall.
You can bring your own bottle and drink in your room.
Crockery and cutlery are available for your convenience.
Eating full meals inside guest rooms is not permitted.

Relax by the Pool

The swimming pool at The Goan House SiShore is available for guests who wish to refresh, unwind, and enjoy a peaceful break during their stay.

Pool Details

Pool Depth 4 feet
Pool timings: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Usage charge: ₹200 per person per session for 1 hour
Appropriate swimwear is required
Children must be supervised by adults
Infants must wear swimming diapers
Please shower before entering the pool
Running or diving near the pool is not allowed

Please Note:

Gents’ swimming costumes and caps may be available on rent, subject to availability. Ladies are requested to bring their own swimming costumes.

Before You Arrive

Everything you need to know for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 1:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM

If you are checking in/out at any other time than 1:00 pm and 11:00 am, then please do let us know your Expected time of Arrival/ Departure in advance so that we can arrange for a smooth Checking/ Checkout

If you are checking in/out early/late, you have 4 options:
1. If you want to ensure your room then book it from 1 pm previous day onwards/11am on next day.
2. If room you have booked is available, then early check in/late check out will be offered to you before 1 pm/till 5pm at 50% extra cost.
3. If you are 2 or less than 2 hours early then you may spend early check in time in our comfortable lobby which has all the amenities including wifi, toilet and sitting space free of cost. For late check out, drop your bags at the reception to pickup when you want to leave that day.
4. Reach our stay, drop your bags and proceed to beach which is 1.5 kms from our stay and come back at specific time.

5. All extensions for half days before or after need to be paid before the checkin/checkout timings.

Arriving Late

If you expect to arrive late, please let us know in advance by phone or WhatsApp so we can make the necessary arrangements for your smooth check-in.

Parking

Free parking is available inside the property.

To assist with smooth parking management, guests may occasionally be requested to leave their car keys with our staff.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping Timings-

Unoccupied room- 11:00 am to 1:00 pm

Occupied Rooms-3:00 pm to 5:00 pm

If you would like your room serviced then please leave room keys with housekeeping staff. If you require fresh towels, extra linen or any other replenishable items (tea/coffee/sugar/milk, toiletries), please let us know and we’ll be happy to assist, subject to availability of staff at odd hours.

Wi-Fi

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

The Wi-Fi network name and password will be shared with you during check-in and is also written in each room.

Laundry

We provide a semi-automatic washer and drier for our guests to use. Detergent is available at no extra cost. Please contact staff for your requirement.

Food Delivery

Guests are welcome to order food through Swiggy and Zomato. Please collect deliveries from the main gate and enjoy outside food in the Dining Hall to help us maintain the cleanliness of our rooms.

Peaceful Hours

To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we observe Peace Hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

We kindly request guests to avoid loud music, parties, or excessive noise in the common spaces during these hours.

Smoking & Pets

Smoking is permitted only on the balcony using the ashtray provided.

Smoking inside the room will attract a cleaning charge equal to one day’s room tariff.

Pets are not permitted in the rooms. However we have no problem in accommodating your furry friend in a kennel in the parking area or reception. Extra charges may apply.

Late-Night Outing

Being a homestay, we do not have room service. However to reach out to staff you can ring the call bell at the reception.

Meal Orders

All meal orders from our guest kitchen are taken on Whatsapp number +918800382238 at the below timings.

Breakfast- Before 8:00 pm previous day

Lunch- Before 8:00 am same day

Dinner- Before 1:00 pm same day

Checkout Procedures

Before leaving, we kindly request you to:

Switch off lights, fans and air conditioning.
Return the room key.
Check wardrobes, drawers and bathroom for personal belongings.
Inform Reception before departure.
