Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Goan House SiShore, reservations are made specifically for our guests and dates are blocked upon confirmation. Therefore, we follow a firm cancellation policy.

Cancellation Terms:

• Cancellation within 72 hours of the check-in date:
No refund will be provided, regardless of the amount deposited.

• Cancellation between 7 days and 3 days before check-in:
50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

• Cancellation made 8 days or more before check-in:
90% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect.

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy.
