Eligible guests receive a discount equal to 10% of the current Airbnb listed room price (including applicable taxes) for the same room type, stay dates, and number of guests.

The First-Time Guest Discount applies only to:

• Standard room tariff
• Up to two adults per booking

The discount does not apply to:

• Additional guests
• Extra beds
• Early check-in or late check-out charges
• Any additional paid services
• Stays with check-in dates during the months of December and January.
